Timmy was named Associational Missions Strategist for the CLBA in August of 2023. A native of the Shoals, Timmy earned his Bachelor of Science in Commercial Music from the University of North Alabama, his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, and his Doctor of Educational Ministry in Worship Ministries from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Timmy and his wife, Maggie Bea, have five children (Maddux, Sophie, Theo, Sam, and Jude) and are members of Highland Baptist Church.

David became the Director of Earle Trent Assembly in April 2024. David moved to the Shoals area from Texas in 1998 and soon after graduated from Bradshaw High School in 2002. He previously worked as the Facility Manager at Shoals Christian School located in Florence. He is married to Sara, they have four children (Isabella, Charlee, Max and Colt). They are active members of Woodmont Baptist Church.

Karla joined our staff in June 2022. She had been serving as the Ministry Assistant at the UNA BCM for the past 10 years. Her husband, Kelly, works at Bank Independent. They have two children, Blakely a Graduate Assistant at UNA and Joseph a sophomore at University of Alabama. They are members of FBC Killen.

J. T. joined our staff in 2018. He works alongside the camp director to maintain Earle Trent Assembly. J. T. retired after 22 years in the U.S. Army. He is married to Lenette who serves as a ministry assistant at FBC Killen. They have four children and three grandchildren.
